Ingredients :
For Stir Fried Vegetables
- 1/4 Cup Broccoli (Florets)
- 1/4 Cup Babycorn (Makai) (Sliced)
- 1/4 Cup Green Peppers (Capcisum) (Sliced)
- 1/4 Cup French Beans (Fansi) (Sliced)
- 1/4 Cup Peas (Vatana/Mutter)
- 3-4 Lettuce Leaves
- 1/2 Cup Hakka Noodles (Boiled)
- 1 Teaspoon Dark Soy Sauce
- 2 Teaspoon Butter
- Black Pepper Powder to Taste
- Salt To Taste
For Pattice
- 3 Raw Bananas (Kacha Kela)
- 1 Green Chilly (Finely Chopped)
- 1 Teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
- Oil for Shallow Frying
- Salt To Taste
For Tomato Sauce
- 1 Cup Tomato Puree
- 1 Tablespoon Tomato Ketchup
- 2 Teaspoon Olive Oil
- 1 Teaspoon Oregano
- 1 Teaspoon Paprika (Chilli Flakes)
- 1 Teaspoon Crushed Pepper Powder
- Salt to Taste
Method :
Boiling The Noodles
- Boil 1/2 Cup Noodles in 2 Cups Water for 5-8 Minutes in Microwave.
- When boiled, strain Noodles and run cold water on it.
- Add 1 Teaspoon soy sauce and toss the noodles so they do not stick to each other.
- Keep Aside.
Stir Fried Vegetables
- Boil Baby Corn, Broccoli Florets, French Beans for 5 minutes in Microwave.
- Strain Water and Keep Aside.
- Heat 1 Teaspoon Olive Oil in a Pan and Add Boiled Vegetables, Bell Peppers, Peas, Salt and Pepper and Saute till crisp.
- Keep Aside.
For Pattice
- Boil Raw Bananas into a pressure cooker (around 3 whistles) and let it cool down.
- Remove the skin and mash boiled bananas into a bowl and add green chillies, salt, garam masala powder.
- Mix all the ingredients very well.
- Divide the stuffing into six parts and make each part into a ball and press them flat to shape it into a pattice.
- Heat the tawa and shallow fry the pattice adding oil till it is golden brown from both the sides.
- Keep The Pattice Aside on Muslin Cloth or Tissue Paper.
For Sauce
- Heat Olive Oil in Pan and Add Tomato Puree.
- Add Little Water to Bring the Sauce Consistency.
- Add Salt, Oregano, Paprika and Red Chilli Powder If Needed.
Preparation
- Heat a sizzler pan for atleast 30 mins on high flame.
- Ideally the pan will turn red hot.
- Spread lettuce leaves on the hot plate.
- Plate out stir fried vegetables on one side, pattice in centre and boiled noodles on other side.
- Pour the sauce on top.
- Place 1 Teaspoon of butter on the hot plate beneath the lettuce leaves to give a sizzling effect.
Serve Immediately.
