Serving : 2 Persons
Ingredients :
- 2 Cups Puffed Rice (Mamra)
- 1 Tomato (Finely Chopped)
- 1 Green Bell Pepper (Capsicum) (Finely Chopped)
- 1 Tablespoon Oil
- 1/2 Teaspoon Mustard Seeds (Rai)
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
- 1/2 Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder (Lal Mirch)
- 1/2 Teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
- 1/4 Teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
- 1 Green Chilli (Hari Mirch) (Slit)
- Coriander (Kothmir) (Finely Chopped)
- Salt To Taste
Method :
- Soak Mamra in Water for no more than 5 minutes. Keep Aside.
- Heat Oil in Pan.
- Add Mustard Seeds and Let It Crackle.
- Add Cumin Seeds, Tomatoes, Capsicum and Let it Cook till Tomatoes Softens.
- Add Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric, Garam Masala and Salt.
- Cook for a Minute and then Add Mamra.
- Cook Properly and Serve Hot.
- You Can Add Chopped Coriander Leaves before serving.
